SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are normally processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Additional processing time for large amount orders of 10 or more products are normally take a little bit long. All items are shipped in appropriate packaging.
Domestic India states will receive their order within 5-7 business days once processed.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
7 Day Easy Returns
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
Exchange or Refund for Incorrect Orders
In the rare event if you receive an incorrect order, we are committed to making it right. You can choose to exchange the item for store credits or exhange the item for correct one or opt for a full refund.
Refund Duration
After we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, please allow up to 4-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged items, unless the damage occurred during the shipping process or the wrong item was sent.
